Clear rules for using Magic+.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing Magic+, creating an account, making a payment, using streamer tools or submitting content, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory rights available under applicable law are not excluded by these Terms.

2. Operator and launch status

Magic+ is currently operated by Rakesh Mishra in India as a launch-stage platform.

Features may be introduced gradually, tested with limited users, changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, technical or business reasons.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a contract to create an account, operate a streamer profile or make a payment.

A parent or lawful guardian must control any permitted activity involving a minor. Minors must not independently create accounts, submit payment credentials or enter paid transactions.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity through your account unless the activity results from a security failure attributable to Magic+.

• One person must not create deceptive duplicate identities
• Do not sell, transfer or rent accounts without written permission
• Streamer legal and payout information must match required verification records
• Admin access is private and restricted to authorised administrators

5. Guest supporter use

Magic+ may allow guest support without account creation. A guest may use a display name, including Guest or Anonymous, subject to moderation.

Payment records, not a public profile, are used for receipt and refund tracking. Guest users do not receive persistent Magic XP or saved Boost history.

6. Streamer profiles and responsibilities

Streamers are responsible for their public profile, linked channels, enabled interactions, pricing choices, moderation, audience suitability and compliance with streaming-platform rules.

Streamers must provide accurate legal, tax and payout information and must not misrepresent income, sponsorship, targets, rewards or refund commitments.

7. Supporter payments and live interactions

A supporter payment may represent direct creator support, access to a digital interaction or a combination disclosed at checkout.

A successful payment does not guarantee that optional text, voice or visual content will be displayed where moderation, creator settings, stream status, payment risk, legal requirements or technical failure prevents delivery.

8. Payment processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Their terms, verification, payment-method availability and banking timelines also apply.

Only captured or otherwise verified successful payments qualify for eligible delivery, creator settlement, Magic Goal progress or Magic Boost progress.

9. Fees, taxes and settlements

Applicable platform fees, payment-processing charges and taxes will be disclosed in the relevant streamer or checkout flow where required.

Streamers are responsible for their own income-tax, GST and other reporting obligations unless the law requires Magic+ or a payment provider to deduct, collect or report an amount.

10. MagicPlus Streamer Membership

An active MagicPlus Streamer Membership unlocks the ability to arm a new Magic Boost. Free or expired accounts cannot arm a new Boost.

A Boost already running may finish if membership expires during the session. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a prorated refund for a current period unless required by law or expressly stated.

11. Magic Boost

The streamer configures and arms Magic Boost. Qualifying successful community support triggers production Boost automatically; production Boost cannot be force-started.

Combos, levels, Community Choice and Overdrive change the live experience only. They do not multiply payment value, payout, refund or Magic XP.

12. Magic XP and recognition

Magic XP, badges, streaks, supporter-wall highlights and similar recognition are non-cash platform features.

They are not money, stored value, a wallet balance, property, an investment or a promise of financial benefit. Related XP may be reversed after a refund, chargeback or invalid transaction.

13. Content licence and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Magic+ a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, moderate, transmit, display and store that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service.

You must have the rights required to submit names, logos, audio, images, text and other content. Magic+ branding, software, design and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

14. Prohibited use

You must follow the Community Guidelines and must not use Magic+ for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, malware, payment abuse, platform manipulation or unauthorised access.

Attempting to bypass limits, moderation, private routes, authentication or security controls is prohibited.

15. Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds return to the original payment source. A refund may reverse Magic XP, Boost progress, analytics and related recognition.

16. Third-party platforms

Magic+ may connect with Razorpay, streaming services, OBS, hosting providers and other third-party services.

Magic+ does not control third-party outages, policy changes, account decisions or content restrictions. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms.

17. Availability and changes

Magic+ does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, internet failure, stream closure, payment-provider issues, third-party outages and emergencies may affect delivery.

We may update features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account interface where reasonably practical.

18. Suspension and termination

Magic+ may restrict, suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud risk, legal requirements, unpaid amounts, security incidents or serious platform abuse.

Where appropriate, users may be given notice or an opportunity to correct an issue. Immediate action may be taken for urgent safety, fraud or legal risks.

19. Disclaimers and liability

Magic+ provides platform tools and does not guarantee streamer income, audience growth, successful delivery of every optional interaction or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic+ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party services, creator conduct, supporter content, streaming-platform action or events outside reasonable control. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.

Users should first raise a clear complaint through the Contact Us page. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes may be taken before courts, consumer authorities or other bodies with lawful jurisdiction in India.
