Community & Creator Safety

Keep every moment safe to play live.

These rules apply to supporters, streamers, account profiles, messages, voice submissions, Magic Drops, Magic Boost activity and any content sent through Magic+.

Effective: 18 July 2026 Launch version Applicable in India
Be respectful

No harassment, threats, hate or targeted humiliation.

Protect privacy

No doxxing, private credentials or non-consensual personal data.

Use payments honestly

No fraud, chargeback abuse or manipulated transactions.

Creator control

Streamers may moderate, mute, reject or stop interactions.

1. Core standard

Use Magic+ to support creators and create positive live moments. Do not use it to harm, deceive, intimidate, exploit or illegally target another person.

Context matters. Content that appears harmless in isolation may still be restricted when it targets a person, repeats after a warning or creates a credible safety risk.

2. Harassment, threats and hate

Do not submit content that harasses, threatens, stalks, blackmails, degrades or encourages violence against another person.

Hateful or dehumanising content targeting people because of protected or vulnerable characteristics is prohibited.

  • Credible or implied threats
  • Repeated targeted abuse
  • Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual comments
  • Encouraging violence or self-harm
  • Slurs, dehumanisation or hateful stereotypes

3. Privacy and personal information

Do not publish or request private information without lawful authority and the person’s consent.

Never submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, full payment credentials, private addresses, government identification numbers or non-public contact details through live interactions.

  • Doxxing or exposing private addresses
  • Sharing private conversations without permission
  • Impersonating another person
  • Using another person’s photograph, voice or identity deceptively

4. Illegal, dangerous or exploitative content

Content that facilitates unlawful activity, exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual sexual content, child sexual abuse material, malware, credential theft or dangerous wrongdoing is prohibited.

Magic+ may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests where required.

5. Sexual and age-inappropriate content

Explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation and content involving sexualisation of minors are prohibited.

Streamers must ensure that creator-defined Magic Drop or Community Choice outcomes are appropriate for their audience and lawful in their location.

6. Spam and manipulation

Do not flood queues, evade cooldowns, coordinate fake activity, create misleading supporter identities or manipulate Magic Goal, Magic Wall, Magic Boost or analytics.

Automated submissions, repeated duplicate content and attempts to bypass limits may be blocked.

7. Payment integrity

Use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Fraud, stolen payment instruments, refund abuse, friendly fraud and false chargeback claims are prohibited.

Pending, failed, blocked or risk-held transactions do not qualify for live delivery or Magic Boost progress.

8. Magic Message and Magic Voice

Message and voice content must follow these guidelines even when a streamer has not added a matching blocked word.

Streamers may enable manual approval, mute TTS, reject a submission, clear a queue or stop new alerts.

9. Magic Drop

Magic Drop options must be created or enabled by the streamer. Supporters cannot use a Drop to demand unsafe, illegal, humiliating or non-consensual conduct.

A streamer may refuse a Drop where completing it would create a safety, policy, platform or legal risk.

10. Magic Boost and Community Choice

Magic Boost must not be manipulated through fake accounts, coordinated fraudulent payments or deceptive supporter activity.

Community Choice outcomes must be defined by the streamer in advance. Supporters cannot insert arbitrary unsafe outcomes into a vote.

11. Streamer obligations

Streamers must moderate their public page, keep enabled interactions appropriate, use emergency controls when needed and avoid encouraging supporters to violate law or third-party platform rules.

Streamers must not misrepresent targets, rewards, sponsored content, refund promises or the use of supporter funds.

12. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, Magic+ may reject content, mute or clear interactions, apply cooldowns, restrict features, pause payouts, request verification, suspend accounts or permanently disable access.

Immediate action may be taken where there is a credible safety, fraud, legal or platform-integrity risk.

13. Reporting and review

Reports should include the relevant streamer, transaction or interaction reference and a clear explanation. Magic+ may request supporting information.

A user may request review of an enforcement decision through the Contact Us page. Repeated bad-faith appeals may be restricted.

These guidelines work together with creator moderation. A creator allowing content does not make prohibited content acceptable on Magic+.
