No parcels. Delivery means digital access and live events.

Magic+ provides digital services and streamer-support interactions. No physical product is shipped under the launch version of the platform.

May occur because of stream, OBS, moderation, network or provider issues.

1. No physical goods

Magic+ does not sell or ship physical products under the launch version of the service.

No courier, postal delivery, tracking number, shipping charge or delivery address is required for standard Magic+ services.

2. Meaning of digital delivery

Digital delivery may include account access, a payment confirmation, a receipt, placement of an interaction in the streamer’s queue, display through OBS, membership activation or access to private streamer tools.

The exact delivery type depends on the feature selected and the streamer’s current settings.

3. Supporter transaction delivery

After checkout, Magic+ waits for a verified successful payment result. Eligible interactions may then be sent to moderation, the streamer dashboard, a live queue or an OBS browser source.

Pending, failed, cancelled, blocked or risk-held payments are not treated as delivered support interactions.

4. Delivery timing

Payment status and receipts are generally made available after confirmation from the payment provider.

Live interactions are intended to appear promptly during an active stream, but exact timing is not guaranteed because delivery may depend on moderation, queue order, streamer controls, stream status, OBS connection, internet performance or third-party service availability.

5. Magic Message and Magic Voice

Messages and voice text may require automated checks or manual creator approval.

A streamer may mute voice, pause alerts, clear pending items or reject content that violates platform or creator rules.

6. Magic Drop

A Magic Drop is delivered only after successful payment and applicable moderation.

A Drop may be delayed, substituted where clearly permitted, rejected for safety or stopped if the streamer cannot lawfully or safely complete the selected interaction.

7. Magic Boost

Magic Boost is not delivered by a single manual start button. The streamer must have active membership, configure and arm the feature, and qualifying successful community support must trigger it.

A supporter payment does not guarantee that a specific Boost level, target or Overdrive will be reached.

8. Streamer Membership delivery

Eligible Streamer Membership access is activated digitally after successful payment and account confirmation.

Membership enables the ability to arm new Magic Boost sessions and may include other benefits shown at purchase. Access may take additional time where payment verification or account review is required.

9. OBS and setup delivery

OBS Setup provides digital browser-source information, preview and configuration controls inside the authenticated streamer workspace.

The streamer remains responsible for adding the source to OBS, maintaining internet connectivity and keeping private source information secure.

10. Failed or incomplete delivery

Where a confirmed paid interaction is not delivered because of a Magic+ technical failure, creator cancellation before delivery or another supported reason, the transaction may qualify for review under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A temporary delay is not automatically a failed delivery where the interaction remains queued and can still be delivered within the active stream or agreed service window.

11. User responsibilities

Supporters must provide an accessible receipt email where requested and keep the payment reference.

Streamers must keep their live controls, moderation settings and OBS configuration reasonably ready when accepting paid live interactions.

12. Contact

Questions about digital delivery should be raised through the Contact Us page with the payment reference, streamer name, feature selected and approximate transaction time.

Because Magic+ does not ship physical goods, physical-return and courier-return procedures do not apply.
