1. What Magic+ is

Magic+ helps streamers receive supporter payments and turn eligible payments into creator-controlled live moments.

The platform separates the public supporter experience from the private streamer workspace. Public pages show only information needed to support a creator; legal, payout, analytics, moderation and OBS information remains private.

2. Launch features

The launch experience may include Magic Tip, Magic Message, Magic Voice, Magic Drop, Magic Goal, Magic Wall and Magic Boost, subject to the streamer’s enabled settings.

Features may be added, changed, limited or temporarily unavailable while the platform is being tested and improved.

3. How a support interaction works

A supporter chooses an enabled interaction on a streamer’s public page and completes checkout. Magic+ waits for a verified payment result before creating an eligible live event.

Delivery may also depend on creator settings, moderation, stream status, queue state, OBS connectivity, payment-risk checks and technical availability.

4. Magic Boost

Magic Boost follows the product rule: Membership unlocks it. Streamer arms it. Community starts it.

An active MagicPlus Streamer Membership is required to arm a new Boost. The streamer configures and arms the feature, and qualifying successful community support triggers the production event automatically.

• Five levels: Spark, Charge, Surge, Supercharge and Maximum Magic
• Supporter combos and creator-defined Community Choice
• Overdrive after Level 5
• Production Boost cannot be force-started
• A Boost already running may finish if membership expires

5. What Magic+ is not

Magic+ is not a bank, wallet, deposit account, investment product, gambling product, charity, crowdfunding platform or guarantee of creator income.

Support payments are not charitable donations unless a separate legally compliant charitable flow is expressly introduced in the future. Magic XP, badges and recognition have no cash, wallet, withdrawal or investment value.

6. Streamer responsibility

Streamers control which interactions are enabled and remain responsible for their stream, content, audience rules, tax obligations, linked channel rights and compliance with the policies of streaming platforms they use.

Magic+ may provide moderation and safety tools, but those tools do not replace the streamer’s own judgment or legal responsibilities.

7. Supporter responsibility

Supporters must use accurate payment information, respect creator rules and avoid prohibited, abusive, misleading or unlawful submissions.

A payment does not create ownership, employment, partnership or control over the streamer.

8. Payments and third-party services

Checkout and payment processing are provided through authorised third-party payment services. Those providers may apply their own terms, verification and processing rules.

Magic+ does not ask users to share passwords, OTPs, complete card credentials or UPI PINs by email or support message.

9. Launch availability

Magic+ is in an early launch stage. Access may be limited by region, creator approval, payment availability, maintenance, testing or legal requirements.
